An internally developed system that assists Whitesmiths in meeting its quality objectives. The easy to use, web based system collects and reports on time spent by tasks on projects. Faults in projects are recorded and the "corrective actions" to fix them are tracked.
While developed for a quality software and technical services business, CATS is valuable for any quality organisation that works in a project based way to deliver complex services and products to customers.
